Eligibility:

  • Legal degree with 3–5 years of legal services experience
  • Contracting or pre-sales experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of contracting principles
  • Experience across different markets preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracting activities for Accenture offerings across designated geographies
  • Draft, review, and negotiate SOWs, subcontract agreements, proposals, NDAs, software licences, and other contracts
  • Review RFPs, contractual terms, exception tables, and related documents
  • Prepare due diligence memos and support contract execution
  • Identify contractual risks and support mitigation strategies
  • Work independently on engagements while coordinating with Legal, Finance, HR, deal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Escalate material risks and issues to Legal Leadership
