  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in Corporate Law and/or IPR
  • Strong legal drafting and research skills
  • Good knowledge of Trademark/IPR procedures
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Corporate and IPR matters
  • Manage trademark filing, prosecution and related proceedings
  • Draft and review legal agreements and documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal assistance
  • Independently manage assigned matters and timelines
  • Coordinate with clients and handle matter-related communication
