Location:

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university
  • 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Strong foundation in IBC, contract drafting, and advisory work
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, M&A, or startups (preferred)
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising and representing stakeholders under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (CIRP, liquidation, voluntary liquidation)
  • Drafting and filing applications before the NCLT and handling claims and resolution plans
  • Providing end-to-end advisory support in insolvency proceedings
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and M&A documentation (SHAs, JV Agreements, SPAs, BTAs, Service Agreements, NDAs, etc.)
  • Advising on corporate laws, employment law, and regulatory compliance
  • Drafting petitions, applications, rejoinders, legal notices, written statements, claims, counterclaims, and court pleadings
  • Appearing before Courts and Tribunals
  • Providing strategic legal advice across sectors
  • Coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, and external counsel
