Position / Vacancies:
- Corporate Legal Associate — 1 Position
Job Type:
- Full-time (Corporate Law & Compliance Practice)
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university
- Experience: 1–2 years post-qualification in corporate legal/compliance work
- Strong command over legal drafting and documentation
- Sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
- Preference for immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents — agreements, contracts, and MoUs
- Assist in corporate compliance and advisory under Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and RBI frameworks
- Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, and ROC filings
- Conduct legal research, prepare notes, and support opinion writing
- Assist in due diligence, investment documentation, and deal structuring
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal teams for timely task execution
