Eligibility & Requirements:
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a reputed law school; Company Secretary qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Problem-solving, investigative and conflict management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to various business verticals for vetting, drafting, and negotiating credit facility, security and ancillary documents
- Review and finalize derivative agreements — ISDA, IM/VM Credit Support Annex, CDEA, GMRA, and forward contract agreements
- Offer guidance on legal issues relating to documentation for both credit and derivatives transactions
- Review property title search reports and opine on their acceptability as loan securities
- Liaise with external counsels and empaneled advocates for documentation and legal advisory services
- Contribute to departmental projects and process improvement initiatives
