Position:

  • Dispute Resolution Associate
  • 0–2 years of post-qualification experience

Eligibility:

  • 0–2 years of relevant PQE
  • Freshers may apply
  • Prior internship experience or knowledge of commercial/civil dispute resolution preferred
  • Interest in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters

Responsibilities:

  • Work on commercial and civil litigation matters
  • Assist with arbitration proceedings and related documentation
  • Support insolvency and consumer dispute matters
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
  • Draft and review legal documents under the guidance of the team
