Eligibility:

  • 2–3 years of strong drafting experience in litigation and arbitration
  • Excellent legal research skills; ability to analyse judgments, statutes, and comparative jurisprudence
  • Sound understanding of pleadings before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts
  • Ability to draft independently with clarity, precision, and structure
  • Commitment to intellectual discipline and long-term professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft SLPs, Civil & Criminal Appeals, Writ Petitions, Civil Miscellaneous Applications, Contempt, Review & Curative Petitions
  • Draft applications, rejoinders, written submissions, and detailed argument notes
  • Draft Statements of Claim / Defence (SOC/SOD) and allied pleadings in arbitrations
  • Conduct advanced legal research on constitutional, commercial, and procedural law issues
  • Participate closely in case strategy, conferences, and hearing preparation
  • Assist and regularly appear before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other courts/tribunals in Delhi

Remuneration:

  • Negotiable
  • Commensurate with drafting quality, research ability, skills, and legal acumen
