Position / Vacancies:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
  • 2–3 years post-qualification experience with core exposure to employment / labour law matters.
  • Strong academic and professional credentials.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, organised, and able to manage multiple matters.

Practice Areas / Focus:

  • Labour & Employment Law (Labour Codes, industrial disputes, compliance)
  • Employment advisory and contract documentation
  • Corporate employment issues and litigation/advisory as needed

Key Responsibilities (indicative):

  • Provide employment and labour law advisory to clients (policy drafting, compliance, disciplinary matters).
  • Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, service rules, HR policies and related documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on Labour Codes and other statutory/regulatory issues.
  • Support or represent clients in labour tribunals, conciliation proceedings and related forums (as required).
  • Liaise with HR teams, in-house counsel and external stakeholders; manage client relationships.
