Role Overview:
The Executive – Indirect Tax will be responsible for managing GST litigation and supporting compliance-related activities. The role involves close collaboration with the Global Indirect Tax team and other finance functions to ensure effective handling of indirect tax matters.

Eligibility:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an indirect tax role with active involvement in GST litigation
  • Expert knowledge of GST law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to draft responses to Show Cause Notices, appeals, and related documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively managing GST litigation matters
  • Preparing and responding to Show Cause Notices and communications from the GST department
  • Addressing technical GST-related queries from internal business teams
  • Interacting with GST department officials to resolve queries and issues
  • Collaborating with finance teams to gather data required for official responses
  • Staying updated on changes in GST law and ensuring timely implementation
