Eligibility:

  • Inter CS (Semi-qualified CS), LL.B., or relevant similar experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and integrity with confidential information

Responsibilities:

  • Draft Board, committee, and General Meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
  • Assist with Companies Act, LLP Act, and FEMA statutory filings
  • Handle ROC/MCA filings, MCA 21 compliances, DIN, and digital signatures
  • Maintain statutory registers, secretarial records, and compliance trackers
  • Support annual FEMA compliances including FLA and APR filings
  • Coordinate with external CA/CS consultants on certifications and regulatory matters
  • Support automation solutions for corporate secretarial compliance
