Experience: - 1–4 years of relevant experience in immigration case management, global mobility, or professional services / consulting environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients requiring immigration support
- Understand client-specific immigration needs and develop tailored immigration plans
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes (visas, work permits, related filings)
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents
- Interpret and apply immigration laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Advise clients on immigration timelines, procedures, and potential issues
- Maintain accurate, organized, and secure case files and documentation
- Liaise with government authorities, consulates, embassies, network offices, and third-party providers
- Track regulatory updates and monitor case progress to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide regular status updates and regulatory change alerts to clients
- Record time accurately and support billing activities with commercial awareness
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor junior team members on immigration case management and documentation
- Stay up to date with immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes
- Support implementation and use of relevant immigration technology platforms, where applicable
