Eligibility:

  • 2–4 years of experience in employment-based immigration
  • Experience in end-to-end H-1B / Green Card petition drafting and LCA preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Strong client and team orientation
  • Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to assess and understand US immigration requirements
  • Handle visa categories including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, dependent/derivative cases, advance parole, work authorizations, and adjustment of status
  • Ensure accuracy in application processing and documentation
  • Maintain accurate case records and provide periodic updates
  • Monitor USCIS updates and compliance requirements
  • Track changes in immigration laws and industry developments
  • Identify process improvements and coordinate with internal teams
