Experience:
- Preferred 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in an HFC, NBFC, or Bank
Eligibility:
- Law graduate from a 3-year or 5-year law programme
- Good knowledge of mortgage and property laws
- Experience in housing finance or secured lending will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence of property title documents
- Verify and assess property ownership and title records
- Ensure compliance with mortgage-related legal requirements
- Maintain legal and compliance records relating to housing finance transactions
- Support legal documentation and property-related compliance processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal and compliance activities
