Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance and integrity matters

Eligibility:

LL.B. or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
Minimum 1 year of experience handling compliance and integrity matters
Experience with Compliance Desktop or similar integrity/compliance tools preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (MS Lists, Teams, Word, and Excel)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lawyers with preparing legal documents and administrative tasks
Support integrity functions by reviewing documents and assisting with audits and investigations relating to expenses and gifts
Coordinate and participate in integrity and compliance interviews
Take detailed interview notes and prepare accurate statements
Assist in preparing and delivering integrity and compliance training sessions
Maintain confidential investigation records and documentation
Liaise with legal and integrity officers globally to support investigations and compliance best practices
