Position / Vacancies:
- Intellectual Property Associate — Advisory, Prosecution & Opposition Work
- Experience: 1–2 years (domain-relevant)
Practice Area:
Intellectual Property — Prosecution, filing, drafting of trademark, copyright and patent applications; advisory & due diligence
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, file and prosecute trademark, copyright and patent applications.
- Liaise with outstation counsel, investors, and R&D teams to collect technical details, declarations and supporting documents.
- Conduct preliminary IP due diligence and assist with formal verification and compliance review of patent applications prior to filing.
- Support advisory and opposition matters as required.
Requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 1–2 years of relevant IP experience.
- Sound understanding of and strong interest in intellectual property law.
- Good drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.
