Eligibility:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Intellectual Property (patents and trademarks focus)
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations
  • Experience in patent searches and prior art analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patent searches and analyze prior art to assess patentability
  • Draft and file patent applications with relevant patent offices
  • Prepare responses to office actions and communicate with patent examiners
  • Collaborate with inventors and technical teams to draft patent specifications
  • Manage and maintain the patent portfolio, including renewals and deadlines
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on patent-related matters
