Eligibility & Requirements:

  • LL.B./LL.M from a recognised institution
  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation & Control (mandatory technical qualification)
  • 3–6 years of experience in Intellectual Property; in-house IP experience preferred
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in a technology company
  • Strong understanding of software and telecom technologies (GenAI, IoT, telecom, cloud, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Highly self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the IP Legal Team and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Business, and Innovation functions
  • Draft, review and advise on software licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements (SaaS/PaaS/Cloud), MSAs, LOIs, MOUs, Alliance agreements, SOWs and IP clauses in commercial documents
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of technology contracts
  • Coordinate with external counsel as required
  • Provide advice on patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and general IP strategy
  • Support patent drafting, prosecution and patent analytics (preferred)
  • Assist with IP disputes, domain disputes, and brand-protection matters
