Eligibility:

  • Must be enrolled with the Bar Council (Sanad mandatory)
  • Freshers or up to 3 years of experience
  • Basic drafting ability or strong willingness to learn drafting
  • Good command over English
  • Comfortable with Mumbai courts and government offices
  • Only Mumbai residents preferred
  • Candidates residing near Dahisar will be preferred
  • Only candidates genuinely interested in litigation practice should apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft notices, plaints, written statements, replies, and applications
  • Conduct title document analysis and prepare title notes
  • Attend City Civil Court, Bombay High Court, Small Causes Court, MHADA, and revenue offices
  • Make daily court appearances, track roznama, and update orders
  • Assist in client conferences and manage case files

Working Hours:

  • 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
    (Subject to court requirements)

Salary:

  • ₹10,000/- per month
