Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate (2–5 years)

  • PQE 2–5 years
  • Strong drafting and property-law experience
  • Ability to review/approve AI-generated legal reports
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
  • Language requirement based on posting

Legal Operations Manager – State Lead Role

  • Experience in legal operations, team leadership, or delivery management
  • Ability to set up and scale a legal delivery centre
  • Strong client-handling, compliance and reporting abilities
  • Reading proficiency in required state language

Key Responsibilities:
Junior Advocate:

  • Support AI-driven title-search & legal-opinion workflows
  • Draft notices, petitions, contracts and review documents
  • Verify ownership history, encumbrances, compliance
  • Review AI-generated reports under senior guidance
  • Maintain records, documentation and follow-ups

Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate:

  • Review and finalize platform-generated legal opinions
  • Draft and review agreements and property-related documents
  • Provide compliance, legal strategy & risk assessments
  • Mentor junior advocates and ensure output accuracy
  • Work with banks, NBFCs and internal teams

Legal Operations Manager (State Lead):

  • Set up and manage the legal delivery centre
  • Lead junior advocates and support staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate legal outputs
  • Handle client interfacing, escalation and reporting
  • Maintain compliance, workflow and process discipline
  • Support demos, pre-sales and client discussions

Salary / Compensation:
Junior Advocate:

  • ₹20,000–₹28,000/month (location-based)
  • Incentives up to ₹4,000/month
  • Salary negotiable
    Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate:
  • ₹27,000–₹39,000/month
  • Incentives up to ₹4,000/month
  • Salary negotiable

Legal Operations Manager:

  • ₹8–12 LPA (experience-based)
