Positions / Vacancies:
- Junior Advocate (0–2 years)
- Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate (2–5 years)
Salary:
- Junior Advocate: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + incentives (negotiable)
- Senior Advocate: ₹27,000–₹35,000/month + incentives (negotiable)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law graduates with relevant PQE
- Strong drafting, research, and property-law skills
- Ability to work with tech-driven legal processes
- Senior role requires experience in supervision, strategy, and complex documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Support AI-driven title search and legal-opinion workflows
- Draft and review legal notices, contracts, petitions, and replies
- Verify title documents, ownership history, encumbrances, and compliance
- Review and finalize AI-generated legal opinions (Senior role)
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams
- Maintain case records, trackers, and documentation
- Mentor junior team members (Senior role)
