Position:

Experience:

  • Freshers (2024/2025 graduates preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken); Hindi/Marathi reading knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiarity with MS Word, contract drafting templates, and legal research platforms
  • Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents under supervision
  • Conduct legal research on corporate laws, contract law, DPDP Act, labor codes, and sector-specific regulations
  • Assist in client meetings, due diligence, and compliance audits
  • Prepare legal opinions, checklists, and transaction documentation
  • Track case filings, statutory deadlines, and maintain client records
  • Support business development through research and pitch preparation
