Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Enrolled with the Bar Council
  • 0–3 years of experience (Freshers may apply)
  • Sound knowledge of Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code
  • Exposure to drafting plaints, written statements, applications, notices, and replies
  • Exposure to court appearances before High Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals
  • Ability to conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
  • Sincere, disciplined, and keen to learn litigation practice
