Position:

  • Junior Associate
  • Associate

Experience:

  • Junior Associate: 0–1 year of experience
  • Associate: 2–3 years of experience

Eligibility Criteria:
For Junior Associate:

  • 0–1 year of experience
  • Strong working knowledge of CPC, Arbitration, and Contract Law
  • Demonstrated interest in Shipping Law (internships/research preferred)
    For Associate:
  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Prior experience in Shipping Law (mandatory)
  • Candidates should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
  • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Good communication and professional capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maritime and commercial litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research and drafting
  • Support in dispute resolution and advisory work
  • Work on shipping law-related matters and transactions
  • Coordinate with clients and assist in case preparation
