Position:

  • Junior Associate – Corporate Restructuring & Private Client
  • 1–2 years PQE

Eligibility:

  • 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Hands-on experience in corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory
  • Exposure to schemes of arrangement, mergers and demergers before NCLT
  • Knowledge of fast-track mergers, stamp duty advisory and succession planning
  • Strong legal acumen and drafting skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members on complex transactions and advisory assignments
  • Handle corporate restructuring and general corporate matters
  • Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation
  • Manage multiple assignments and timelines effectively
  • Support the team on NCLT-related matters and advisory work
