Position:

  • Junior Associate – Dispute Resolution

Eligibility:

  • 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in civil and commercial litigation or arbitration
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and written communication
  • Sound understanding of court procedures
  • Candidates must be currently based in Chennai

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on assigned matters
  • Draft pleadings and other legal documents
  • Prepare case briefs and assist with case preparation
  • Appear before various courts and tribunals
  • Participate in client interactions and case strategy discussions
  • Assist seniors with litigation and arbitration matters
