Position:

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Interest in Intellectual Property prosecution and litigation

Key Responsibilities:

  • File and prosecute trademark and copyright applications
  • Handle opposition, rectification, and related proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry
  • Draft notices, pleadings, written submissions, and litigation-related documentation
  • Conduct legal research and assist in IP portfolio management
  • Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Draft plaints, written statements, writ petitions, affidavits, appeals, and other court pleadings
  • Assist in commercial agreements, advisory assignments, and dispute resolution matters
  • Appear before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Registry, District Courts, and the High Court
