Position:

  • Junior Associate (Litigation)

Experience:

  • 6 months – 2 years of litigation experience
  • Motivated freshers may also apply

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
  • Bar Council enrolment with a valid Certificate of Practice
  • Familiarity with courts in Mumbai and surrounding jurisdictions
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of Marathi is an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, PDF tools, and e-filing systems
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Willingness to learn and develop strong litigation fundamentals
  • Commitment to long-term litigation practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend court hearings and assist with appearances
  • Prepare briefs, lists of dates, and case documentation
  • Conduct legal research for ongoing matters
  • Assist in drafting applications, affidavits, and pleadings (under supervision)
  • Handle court filings and procedural requirements
  • Support the legal team in case preparation and litigation-related work
