Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, and other pleadings
  • Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation
  • Assisting and appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts (Delhi), as delegated

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo a 1-week evaluation period
  • Assessment will cover drafting skills, legal research, court conduct, and ability to handle delegated matters
