Experience:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates with strong litigation internship credentials may also apply

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. degree from a recognised university
  • Enrolment with a State Bar Council, preferably Bar Council of Delhi
  • 0–2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in precise legal drafting
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Sound understanding of CPC, CrPC/BNSS, and Evidence Act/BSA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior counsel across courts, tribunals, and other forums
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, plaints, written statements, applications, and legal notices
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on civil, commercial, and constitutional law matters
  • Assist in briefing senior advocates
  • Manage case files and litigation documentation
  • Coordinate client communications
  • Support preparation and management of ongoing litigation matters
