Eligibility:

• Knowledge and experience in statutory compliance and labour laws
• Familiarity with Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax, MLWF, Contract Labour Act, and allied compliances
• Ability to interpret statutory rules and identify applicability
• Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing statutory registrations and liaising with government authorities (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, CLRA, etc.)
• Ensuring adherence to and identification of applicable statutory rules and regulations
• Calculation and preparation of PF / ESI / PT challans as per applicable slabs and timelines
• Handling remittance formalities with banks within prescribed timelines
• Managing collection, transfer, withdrawal, verification, and submission of statutory forms
• Maintaining databases for challans and statutory returns
• Handling employee queries related to statutory compliance
• Preparation and timely submission of all statutory returns
• Conducting monthly audits at stores to ensure maintenance of statutory registers, records, abstracts, and notices
• Ensuring 100% resolution of audit queries within statutory timelines (as per N+1 audit reports)
