Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. degree
  • Experience in land acquisition, real estate, or mortgage transactions
  • Strong understanding of land laws and mortgage processes
  • Knowledge of Title Search Reports and due diligence
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage timelines and multiple transactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation of land mortgages as per applicable laws
  • Coordinate with lenders, financial institutions, and legal counsel
  • Review land-related documents with internal teams
  • Prepare and review Title Search Reports (TSR)
  • Identify legal risks in land transactions
  • Support drafting and execution of mortgage and security documents
  • Ensure proper documentation, registration, and record maintenance
  • Track Conditions Precedent (CPs) and timelines
  • Liaise with external law firms for due diligence
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific land and registration laws
