Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge (HQs), Delhi – The administrative and judicial authority overseeing district courts in Delhi, responsible for supporting judicial functioning and case management.

Location / Mode:
On-site | Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi

Position:

  • Law Researcher (for District Judges – Commercial Courts)

Experience:

  • Freshers eligible (experience preferred but not mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Law graduate from a recognized institution (BCI-approved)
  • Minimum 55% aggregate marks
  • Eligible for enrolment as an Advocate
  • Good knowledge of computers

Preference:

  • Postgraduate degree in law
  • Relevant legal experience

Vacancies:

  • Total: 13 Positions
  • Including 10 anticipated vacancies from April 1, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist District Judges in legal research
  • Support commercial court matters
  • Prepare briefs, summaries, and legal notes
  • Conduct case law research and analysis
  • Assist in judicial and administrative work

Salary:

  • ₹50,000 per month (fixed)

Position / Job Type:

  • Contractual (1 year – FY 2026–27)
