Eligibility / Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in property document verification
  • Prior experience in banking sector or legal property verification preferred
  • Strong exposure to property document scrutiny and verification
  • Sound knowledge of corporate law
  • Ability to review, audit, and organize legal dockets and documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verification and auditing of property-related legal documents
  • Reviewing and organizing legal dockets for banks and NBFCs
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation
  • Supporting legal and audit processes related to lending transactions

Salary / Compensation:

  • Up to ₹3.5 LPA
