Position:

Practice Area:

• Civil Litigation
• Criminal Litigation

Experience:

• 5–8 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in civil and criminal litigation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong advocacy skills
• Excellent legal drafting abilities
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Marathi is essential
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle civil and criminal litigation matters
• Represent clients before courts and other judicial forums
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and related legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials on ongoing matters
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and ensuring effective case management
