Position:

  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience

Eligibility:

  • 2–4 years of PQE
  • Relevant experience in Banking & Finance, Investment, General Corporate, Private Equity, or M&A
  • Experience with transaction documentation
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Relevant law firm or in-house legal experience

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate debt and equity transaction documents
  • Conduct legal and transactional due diligence
  • Advise on RBI regulations, FEMA, and SEBI guidelines
  • Support Banking & Finance, PE, M&A, and corporate transactions
  • Work with senior lawyers on transaction execution and client matters
