  • 2–4 years PQE

Eligibility:

  • 2–4 years of PQE in Corporate/M&A matters
  • Experience in legal due diligence and report preparation
  • Experience drafting and vetting definitive agreements
  • Transaction closing experience
  • Knowledge of corporate and FEMA advisory
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports
  • Draft and vet definitive agreements
  • Assist with transaction closing
  • Provide corporate and FEMA-related advisory
  • Handle Corporate/M&A transaction matters
  • Employment specialists may work within their area of expertise
