Experience:

  • 4–6 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred)
  • Experience in top-tier law firms (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in technology transactions and product advisory
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong judgment, precision, and business-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic legal partner to product and business teams
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements (SaaS, licensing, partnerships)
  • Advise on product, regulatory, and compliance matters (data privacy, consumer protection, IP)
  • Support product launches with legal risk assessment
  • Develop policy frameworks, compliance playbooks, and governance structures
  • Work on content safety, user policies, and data governance frameworks
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders proactively
