Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with U.S. immigration matters, including E-2, H-1B, H-3, L-1, O-1, P-1, P-3, and Green Card matters
- Support corporate, non-profit, professional, and individual clients
- Coordinate with lawyers across VisaPro’s global offices
- Conduct legal research and analysis for special projects
- Assist with preparation and management of immigration-related legal documentation
- Analyse information from multiple sources to support client matters
