Position:
- Legal Analyst
- Reporting to: Legal Analysts Manager
Eligibility:
- LL.B. degree
- 2 years of experience in the legal field
- Experience in contract interpretation and contract ingestion
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
- North American and/or Media & Entertainment contract experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organisational, presentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and ingest deal terms for North American Media & Entertainment clients
- Ingest contractual terms into the Rightsline platform while following defined standards
- Act as an expert in contract interpretation and ingestion
- Support solution design and project execution
- Evaluate contract lifecycle management requirements across systems
- Identify customer requirements, use cases, risks, and potential escalations
- Track project execution, delivery, and appropriate sign-offs
