Eligibility:
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Strong interest in contract management and corporate/commercial law
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, review, vetting, execution, amendments, and record-keeping)
- Assisting with legal research on fintech regulations, data protection, payments, and commercial laws
- Reviewing standard contracts to identify legal, regulatory, and compliance risks
- Maintaining contract repositories, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness
- Supporting the development of templates, checklists, and legal playbooks
