Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. preferred
- Approximately 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinion notes and briefs
- Support ongoing litigation and compliance matters (draft pleadings, filings, case-prep)
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and external counsel as required
- Maintain matter files, trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
