Responsibilities:

  • Work on intellectual property, contracts, compliance, and litigation matters
  • Assist with legal research and drafting
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Support various assignments involving real client work
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure accuracy in legal deliverables
