Eligibility (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • AIBE qualified and registered with the Bar Council of India
  • 3–5 years PQE in a legal or consulting firm
  • Prior experience preferred in corporate advisory, commercial litigation, arbitration, IBC matters, regulatory investigations, white-collar crimes, ED/PMLA proceedings
  • Strong drafting, research, networking, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Good command over Corporate Laws, IBC, CPC, Evidence Act, PMLA, and allied regulatory frameworks
  • Strong interpretation and legal research skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments collaboratively and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice on corporate advisory and dispute resolution matters
  • Preparing case strategies and drafting pleadings, petitions, appeals, and court documents
  • Filing matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including handling voluntary liquidation processes
  • Drafting legal notices and opinions; conducting in-depth legal research
  • Representing clients in regulatory investigations and white-collar crime matters, including ED and PMLA proceedings
  • Appearing before courts and tribunals; managing litigation and arbitration matters
  • Staying updated on relevant legal developments to support effective advocacy and advisory
