Eligibility:
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
- Knowledge of the Indian Stamp Act
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance orientation
- Interest in the finance and lending domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end due diligence for lending transactions
- Handle charge creation, modification, and satisfaction with the ROC
- Ensure timely and accurate CERSAI filings
- Manage CKYC registrations and updates
- Draft and vet agreements, lease deeds, and related legal documents
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements
- Maintain records and track acknowledgements
- Perform legal research on banking, finance, property, and commercial laws
- Track regulatory updates relevant to lending operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation or compliance discrepancies
Salary / Compensation:
- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
