Position: Legal Associate
Location: Not specified (PLLC indicates U.S.-based practice with India collaboration)

Eligibility

  • JD/LLB graduate with 0–1 years PQE (internship experience acceptable)
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Interest in American corporate law and cross-border transactions
  • Bonus: Understanding of FEMA, RBI regulations, and U.S. legal frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with U.S. startups, SMEs, founders, and cross-border businesses
  • Assist with corporate governance, U.S. entity formation, and compliance
  • Support cross-border structuring and investment transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with the tech team in developing the FinStackk platform
  • Conduct legal research (U.S. and Indian regulatory frameworks)

Compensation

  • Commensurate with experience
