Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal function
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B.) from a recognised university
- 2–3 years of relevant corporate legal experience
- Strong understanding of contract drafting and legal documentation
- Knowledge of corporate laws, labour laws, and legal drafting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet company contracts and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments to address legal requirements
- Assist in developing legal frameworks, internal processes, and company policies
- Maintain and manage legal records, contracts, and documentation
- Liaise with external legal counsel and consultants when required
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and industry regulations
