Responsibilities:

• Assist with general corporate and transactional matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Support M&A and Private Equity transactions
• Advise and assist start-ups on corporate and transactional requirements
• Conduct legal research and due diligence as required
• Support the team in managing transaction-related documentation and deliverables
