Position:

  • Legal Associate – Group Commercial

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts (tech & non-tech procurement)
  • Experience in contract review using templates/playbooks
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and risk assessment skills
  • Commercially pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and validate procurement contracts (NDAs, SOWs, order forms, etc.)
  • Manage legal requests and triage to appropriate teams
  • Provide legal support and clarify contractual queries
  • Assist in contract management and legal operations
  • Engage with external counsel and manage legal costs
  • Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and risk frameworks
  • Maintain legal templates, documentation, and playbooks
  • Support global legal and regulatory initiatives

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Promote ethical and legal compliance standards
  • Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, and business teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to internal code of conduct and regulations
