Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong drafting, research and compliance-oriented skill set
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and corporate legal processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulatory policies
- Handle legal notices, vendor agreements and documentation
- Track and interpret government regulations and legal amendments
- Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants and external authorities
- Prepare legal opinions, briefing notes and advisory reports for management
- Maintain records of contracts, filings and regulatory documents
- Handle dispute matters and support litigation procedures when required
- Research case laws, legal provisions and prepare case summaries
- Draft replies to legal notices, arbitration matters and RTI responses
- Manage IP-related work (trademarks, copyrights, etc.)
- Review internal policies to mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance
- Represent the company in legal discussions, hearings or regulatory meetings
- Support internal teams with legal documentation and clarifications
- Keep management informed on legal risks, updates and progress
Duration:
- Probation period: 3 months
Salary / Compensation:
- ₹22,000 per month
