ACAS Advisory is seeking a Legal Associate to work across Intellectual Property, corporate and commercial matters, compliance, and general legal advisory. The role offers practical exposure to trademark prosecution, portfolio management, commercial contracts, and client matters across various sectors.

Eligibility:

- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Strong interest in IP, corporate, and commercial law
- Good legal research and drafting skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Prior internship/work experience in trademark matters is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle trademark prosecution and IP portfolio management
- Conduct trademark searches
- Manage trademark applications, objections, oppositions, and enforcement matters
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal notices, legal opinions, and other legal documents
- Draft and review commercial agreements, MOUs, and business contracts
- Handle corporate and commercial legal matters
- Support compliance and general legal advisory work
- Assist with client matters across various sectors
